Covid-19 Updates for UQCApparel Customers?

There’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now. Governments are taking measures to slow down the spread of Covid-19.

Citizens are practicing social distancing and limiting non-essential travel. We’re all doing our best to navigate this new normal.

Online businesses also face unique questions and uncertainties. However, we’re glad to see that even now, people are still choosing to buy online.

 

UQCApparel is following the guidelines issued by the CDC, WHO, and local authorities to keep our team safe. We’re increasing the frequency of cleanings at our fulfillment centers, taking extra care to disinfect highly trafficked areas.The safety measures we’ve taken (social distancing, the use of PPE, regular cleanings, etc.) as well as the industry-wide changes are making us reduce our speed by more than double. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. Even so, we’re committed to work hard and fulfill your orders so you can keep running our business. In these circumstances, we believe slow and steady wins the race.

Remember that even Amazon has expressed it’s experiencing delays of up to 1 month, but we are doing everyone that we can to ensure that you orders will be fulfilled and shipped to your homes. We appreciate and value each individual who supports the UQCApparel brand and thank you for your cooperation during these trying times.

Will I receive confirmation that my order was received?
Once you complete an order with Unique Creations Apparel, we will notify you via email to confirm your order.

What If I need to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order please send us an email immediately after it is placed or within 24 hours.


How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped via UPS. All orders are shipped ground unless otherwise specified by customer. If another method is requested the customer agrees to pay additional shipping charges. Orders received after 4pm EST will be processed the next business day. For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover). Credit card information is verified prior to processing.



How secure is my information?

If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Unique Creations Apparel purchase (and we will find that hard to believe) simply return or exchange the unworn, unwashed or defective items(s), within 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days you will be eligible for a credit. You will receive a refund within 30 days of UQA receipt of the item(s).


Will I be notified if there is an issue with my order?
If an item that you ordered is unavailable or there are any issues with your order, we will notify you via email.


How do I care for my order?
UQA recommends proper care for your order. Please refer to the recommended care instructions found in your order.
